The methodology of Design with nature is all about how nature is the world’s most effective Designer. By learning from Nature (biomimicry) or even incorporate Nature into the Design (biodesign) we can create solutions and products in which a wide range of challenges can be addressed and even solved. Changing the perspective from: “What is the answer?” to “Where can we find it in Nature?”has let me on the creative journey to learn how to translate biological design strategies into abstracted design principles. During this minor I have worked in interdisciplinary teams of students from different backgrounds. To incorporate the Biomimicry Design methodology and the ethics of the Life principles into a Design that is future proof and circulaire.
